KE-2080 is the very flexible mounter，the placement speed can be reached as high as 0.178Sec./chip(20,200CPH) with the support of 6 nozzles, it’s new-type laser inductor LNC60 is of high rigidity and that can recognize 0402 (01005)～33.5mm square components. Apart from processing 6 nozzles, LNC60 can also highly recognize abnormal components of complicated shape with new calculator program processed by two dimensions. The laser head of KE-2080 is of new design, it can improve the resolution and reach ±0.05mm（Cpk≧1）placement accuracy. This machine can improve production efficiency and achieve cost-saving also.
